MetalForming'16 Conference and QForm VX Seminar on September 18-21 in AGH University

MetalForming'16 Conference

QuantorForm traditionally takes part in the MetalForming’2016 Conference where we participate since 1996.

The conference took place on 18-21 September in Poland, Krakow, AGH University of Science and Technology. The conference gives opportunity for those who works in physical and numerical modeling as well as who involved in industrial applications of the results of theoretical development. More than 200 participants from universities and industry enterprises took part in the event. Since 2010 the conference is held by AGH University together with the University of Toyohashi, Japan.

The results of mutual work of QuantorForm Ltd. and Bauman Moscow State Technical University were presented at this conference. Sergey Stebunov, QuantorForm Ltd. CEO, made a report «Elastic-Plastic Thermomechanical Fatigue Analysis of Forging Dies» where approach for low cycle fatigue analysis of the forging dies in cold and hot forging is considered.

QForm VX seminar

Traditionally QForm VX seminar took place in Poland on 22 September 2016 where we presented the new version QForm VX 8.1.3. Sergey Stebunov makes the presentation where were shown the last developments in QForm package. Engineers from Polish industry and AGH university were attended.
